Does the platform support quote and hold?+

Yes. Agents can move from search into quote and hold before booking. Quote output should be treated as the current source of truth for price and cancellation terms.

Which payment methods do you support?+

Stripe for cards, PayPal and VNPay. The available rails depend on currency and billing-country context, and the booking surface shows the active options before payment.

Can I use OpenAPI instead of markdown discovery?+

Yes. Markdown surfaces are useful for retrieval and grounding, while OpenAPI provides typed request, response and error contracts for orchestration.

Do you support MCP clients?+

Yes, when the MCP endpoint is configured for the environment. MCP is one machine entry point alongside llms.txt, Agent Card and OpenAPI.

Can guests manage bookings after checkout?+

Yes. The guest portal supports status retrieval, invoices, cancellation and follow-up inside the same booking system.
